Facing dramatic increase in raw material prices Freudenberg Vliesstoffe KG is announcing a price increase for polyester spunlaids. Despite extensive cost reductions the measure is indispensable as also energy prices are increasing and relaxation is not expected in foreseeable time frame.
Generally the price increase will be in the range of von 5 – 8% valid from June, 1, 2010.
Affected are polyester spunlaids for carpet and automotive industry as well as numerous special applications.
Freudenberg Vliesstoffe KG continues to take measures to mitigate the impact of higher raw material costs.
